Pricing & Revenue Share
Sellers on Publicancy have full control over the pricing of their digital products. Our revenue sharing model is straightforward: sellers receive a 75% share of the revenue from each sale. Remaining 10% of the revenue is dedicated to advertising and promotional activities to support your products. The remaining 15% portion covers platform fees. Furthermore, each seller account is entitled to 50 free product listings. A fee of $5 will be charged for each additional listing beyond this initial allowance,
Subscriptions:
Subscriptions
For products downloded through subscriptions, you'll earn $0.25 (25 Cents) of per product downloaded by active subscription.This means after deducting any applicable taxes and payment processing fees, you'll receive a substantial share of the subscription price.
Payments
Publicancy facilitates payments from buyers to sellers. Payments are processed securely through various payment gateways. Sellers receive payouts 15th of every month, must reach $50 threshold first. Publicancy is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from payment gateway providers.
Taxes & Compliance
Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations related to their sales on Publicancy. This includes collecting, remitting, and reporting sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes as required by their jurisdiction. Publicancy does not provide tools or resources to assist sellers with tax compliance, but ultimately the responsibility rests with the seller.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their digital products. They must ensure that their products do not infringe on any intellectual property rights and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Sellers are also responsible for providing adequate customer support for their products.
Refunds & Disputes
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and sellers. Refunds for digital products can be processed only under specific conditions: if the buyer has not downloaded the product, or if there are verifiable technical issues with the files that prevent their use. Sellers are expected to cooperate in the dispute resolution process. Publicancy reserves the right to make the final determination in all refund disputes.
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their digital products. However, by listing products on Publicancy, sellers grant Publicancy a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute their products for the purpose of operating the platform. Sellers must not list products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Termination
Publicancy reserves the right to terminate a seller's account for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users. Sellers may also terminate their accounts at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.
In Short
You get 75% revenue, remaining 10% is used for ads & 15% as platform referral fees. $0.25 (25 cents) share for each subscription plan holder download by user. The first 50 listings are free, then $5 each. Refunds are limited. You handle taxes, your products must be legit, you own your stuff, and we can part ways if needed.
