Buyer Terms & Conditions

1. Payments
Buyers agree to pay the listed price for digital products at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our platform, and we accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their purchase.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, buyers will receive access to the purchased digital product. Delivery methods may include direct download links, access to a member's area, or email delivery. We strive to ensure prompt delivery, but delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery method.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once a product has been accessed or downloaded. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for issues such as defective products or non-delivery. Cancellations are not possible once a purchase is completed.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software, hardware, and internet connectivity to access and use the purchased digital products. Buyers agree to use the products for personal or internal business purposes only and not to redistribute, resell, or otherwise misuse the products.
5. Intellectual Property
All digital products available on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Buyers acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products as intended. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the product creators.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute, buyers are encouraged to contact us directly to seek resolution. We reserve the right to investigate and resolve disputes fairly. Chargebacks should only be initiated as a last resort and may result in the suspension or termination of buyer access.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend buyer access to digital products or the platform for violations of these terms, including misuse of products, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Termination may occur without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Buyer Terms from time to time. Buyers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
