      YouBelong Pediatrics has a physician on call 24\/7\/365 for pediatric after-hours concerns. When our Suwanee office is closed overnight and your child has an urgent issue that cannot wait until morning, call our regular office number and your call will be forwarded to the on-call provider. We ask that you allow us some time to return your call, as we do not return calls while driving or during regular office hours.<\/p>\n

      Late Arrivals:<\/strong> If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.<\/p>\n

      Missed Appointments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Missed appointments represent a cost to our practice, to you, and to other patients who could have been seen during that time.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      We require a minimum of 6 hours notice for cancellations. For appointments before noon, please call the day prior. A fee will be assessed for missed appointments as outlined in our financial policy.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Multiple missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice. For new patients, a fee will be charged if the first appointment is missed.<\/p>\n
