When our Suwanee office is closed overnight and your child has an urgent issue that cannot wait until morning, call our regular office number and your call will be forwarded to the on-call provider. We ask that you allow us some time to return your call, as we do not return calls while driving or during regular office hours.
Outstanding balances, insurance co-pays, and co-insurance are expected to be paid at the time of service at our Suwanee pediatric office.
After insurance processes a claim, we expect payment of any remaining balance within 30 days. As a convenience, we will hold a credit card on file to simplify the billing process.

Multiple missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice. For new patients, a fee will be charged if the first appointment is missed.
